Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Dos Palos Store.

Local Pickup / Local Drop-Off Only

Orders are for local pickup or local meeting/drop-off only. We do not currently offer shipping. Pickup or meeting details will be provided after payment is confirmed.

Product Availability

Inventory is limited and may include one-of-one discount finds. Items may sell out quickly. Products that are out of stock may be hidden from the storefront until restocked.

Product Condition and Product Questions

Items are sold sealed and as-is unless otherwise stated. Some products may be discounted because they are overstock, closeout, near a Best By date, past a Best By date when disclosed, cosmetically imperfect, or limited availability. We do not sell items past a Use By date when known.

Please verify products before purchasing. If you need more photos, expiration/date-code information, condition details, or product information, contact us through chat before checkout.

All Sales Final

All sales are final once payment is confirmed. Because many items are discounted, limited-stock, and/or consumable goods, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges after payment is confirmed, unless required by law or unless we made a clear fulfillment mistake.

Unpaid Orders

Manual-payment orders may temporarily reserve stock while payment is pending. If payment is not received within the hold window shown during checkout, the order may automatically cancel and the items may become available again.

Payments

Available payment methods may include Stripe/card checkout, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Cash. Manual-payment orders are not considered paid until payment is verified.

Food and Snack Items

Food, drink, and snack products should be inspected before purchase. Do not purchase or consume any item if you have allergy concerns, ingredient concerns, packaging concerns, or questions about the product. Customers are responsible for reviewing labels, ingredients, allergens, and date markings before consumption.
